Does a change in registration with the State necessarily mean that Alaska’s “First Dude” left the AKIP?
Todd Palin was a registered as a member of the Alaskan Independence Party, until he changed his registration to “undeclared” in 2002.  Per the Alaska Division of Elections, that isn’t what some of the ”lower 48″ would call ”independent.”
